All items are handmade and made to order. Standard processing time is 2-4 weeks (not including shipping time) unless otherwise noted. (please note Party Decor is booked by ‘Weekend Needed By’ only.)
PARTY DECOR: Please provide the date you would like to receive them by, not your actual party date. My recommendation is to book the weekend BEFORE your actual event date. This goes for locals or orders needing to be shipped.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided through my website or I will send you tracking info if ordering through DM.
Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages during transit.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. I am happy to help by providing tracking details or other necessary information to support your claim!
